Liminal Wellness
is for people navigating the
in-between.
That space
deserves
care. That space is where therapy begins.
A Little About Taylor
I didn’t always know what calm felt like.
For a long time, stress lived in my body - tight jaw, shallow breath, constant tension.
I felt on edge, disconnected, and overwhelmed by everyday life.
It wasn’t about willpower. I’d just never learned how to regulate.
Healing didn’t come from overthinking or forcing myself to be positive...
it came from learning to listen to my body, care for my nervous system,
and make space for discomfort without shutting down.
That lived experience shapes how I show up in the therapy room.
I work with adults and parents who are tired of carrying it all,
managing everyone’s emotions, and second-guessing their own needs.
Together,
we slow down,
build nervous system awareness,
and shift from just surviving to
feeling safe, steady, and more like yourself again.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about giving yourself permission to heal & take it slow.
My Therapeutic Approach
I walk alongside adults and parents who feel worn down by constant stress and anxiety, people who are ready to stop surviving and start truly living.
Therapy with me isn’t about having all the answers or asking the “right” questions. It’s about exploring what’s beneath the surface,
the hidden patterns of tension, overwhelm,
and self-doubt that keep us stuck.
Together, we’ll use a blend of practical tools and gentle, body-centered approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, humanistic principles, mindfulness, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation to help break free from old cycles and build new ways to feel
steady and grounded.
This work isn’t about quick fixes or perfection. It’s about slow, meaningful change, learning to listen to your body, trust your own voice, and create space for growth that feels authentic and lasting.
